We had a delightful visit to the Griswold Museum. The sun was shining, the water was peaceful and the company was terrific!
At The Watermark at 3030 Park we have a minimum of four outings per month. Recently we have gone to the Cooper Hewitt Museum in NYC and the Botanical Gardens in NY. Many residents enjoy the cultural genre and others also love going out on a mystery dinner.
This week a group of residents went shopping at Clinton Crossings and stopped to have lunch at Fish Tales Restaurant. It was a gorgeous day!
Residents of the Health Center enjoyed an outing at Uncle Bucks Fishbowl. Uncle Buck’s has an aquarium like set up for bowling and is great fun for a Thursday afternoon! There we also tried the food craze of fried pickles!
Residents of the Health Center went on a wonderful outing to the Cheesecake Factory (a favorite at our community). We enjoyed pineapple chicken & shrimp, burgers, shrimp scampi as well as spaghetti and meatballs! Our next few outings include, Pez Factory Tour, Bowling, Maritime Aquarium, and the Blue Spruce Farm.
Chocolate Works Darien is the first Connecticut Chocolate Works Franchise location! They transformed the corner candy shop into an interactive chocolate factory experience. On Thursday, January 5, 2017 our residents who live in the Health Center were able to indulge in a hands-on learning experience molding, decorating, dipping, enrobing and crafting their very own chocolate and candy creations!

Our community offers a Mystery Dinner once per month. They love to dine out with a surprise menu! There are at least 2 outings per month to various museums and other interesting places to see. Many of trips are requested by our residents. We love to accommodate and they have great time!

Walking with our friends is way more fun than walking alone! Our group enjoyed a lovely walk around our grounds this morning before the hot weather came. We relaxed in the shade before going back in for ice water and ice coffee!
Our residents went to Seaside Park to watch the fireworks and had the pleasure of listening to the Greater Bridgeport Symphony! What a lovely and enjoyable night!
On July 16th, The Watermark at 3030 Park residents enjoyed a beautiful day. The ferry ride was relaxing and was followed by amazing food at Long Island.
Residents had a Makeup Class at Bare Minerals located in Trumbull Mall. Residents learned secret makeup tips and some helpful hints for their own personal skin. Each resident had a one-on-one session and enjoyed their new look.

Our residents were escorted by our Watermark driver to the New York Botanical Gardens last week. We had a beautiful day. Just another reason why living here is full of life’s wonderful experiences.
Our residents spent their Tuesday night touring a new local hot spot, Two Roads Brewing Company. They had a personalized tour to educate them on the history of the building in Stratford and the entire Beer Making Process. The best part….they got to enjoy samples of all the different beers produced locally.
