Susan Piti-Kennedy, our Resident Liaison, made delicious smoothies for the residents and explained the benefits of this nutritional drink.
Here is the recipe for this Power Drink:
- Vanilla yogurt
- Frozen blackberries, raspberries or strawberries
- Ripe banana
- Stevia or honey to taste
- Milk (any kind to your liking)
Preparation: Process all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth.
Pour into glass & enjoy!
