Residents of the Health Center enjoyed a cultural lunch from Estia Authentic Greek Cuisine, in honor of our Ancient Greek Week. Residents enjoyed various dishes of their choice including Tzatziki, Hummus, Dolmadakia (handmade stuffed grapes leaves), Spanakopita (Feta cheese, and spinach layered between phyllo dough), and much, much more!
According to the restaurant, Estia was the most important of the Greek goddesses. Her name means “the essence,” the true nature of things.
