In October, The Watermark at 3030 Park was proud to host, “Get Pinked,” a community-wide breast cancer awareness fundraiser for St. Vincent’s Swim Across the Sound. Members of The Watermark’s fitness center, as well as residents, associates and guests of the community wore pink and participated in a number of fundraising activities throughout the day to support the Swim. Residents, members and guests were invited to sign-up to “Water-Walk” in the fitness center pool or stop by The Watermark Independent Living main lobby for the home-made Jam & Bake Sale where all proceeds benefited the St. Vincent’s Swim Across the Sound Foundation. The Watermark at 3030 Park is honored to have this ongoing tradition for a 4th year in a row. Sponsoring this fundraiser through the years has produced donations exceeding $3000.
The Watermark at 3030 Park is an integral part of the Bridgeport and Fairfield communities and is the previous home to many of our residents. It’s important to stay connected to our surrounding community by supporting important causes which are always near and dear to all of us.
