How to Make a Power Smoothie

Susan Piti-Kennedy, our Resident Liaison, made delicious smoothies for the residents and explained the benefits of this nutritional drink.

Here is the recipe for this Power Drink:

  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Frozen blackberries, raspberries or strawberries
  • Ripe banana
  • Stevia or honey to taste
  • Milk (any kind to your liking)

Preparation: Process all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth.
Pour into glass & enjoy!
