Meditation isn’t easy, especially for those of us who struggle to turn off the mental chatter and the buzz of thoughts of daily life, but The Watermark at 3030 Park Independent living community’s meditation class is a great place to start!
In our class, we make time to simply sit quietly as we clear our minds and breathe our thoughts away. Building mindfulness with sensations of the breath as our anchor, we come through class peacefully. Mindfulness invites us into the opportunity to live to our fullest potential and allows us to appreciate each moment more fully while coming to understand how grateful we are for each day where we are thriving, growing and always learning.
